How to Cook lobster meat in the oven

Cooking lobster meat in the oven is a simple and enjoyable process. Amazing taste and convenient!

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degress

Step 2:

Remove thawed lobster meat from the refrigerator, open the bag, and drain excess water. (We recommend a slow thaw in your fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking)

Step 3:

Next, dry the desired amount of your lobster meat on a paper towel.

(If thawed properly in your fridge, you may refreeze your remaining lobster meat for later use. For more information regarding storage & freezing, please view our FAQ ).

Step 4:

Melt Butter: 1 stick of butter per pound of lobster.

Additionally, line your oven baking sheet with tin foil and brush lightly with butter. Place your lobster meat on the pan and space evenly. Drizzle butter on top of the lobster.

Step 5:

Place in the oven on the middle rack and cook for 12-15 minutes or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Check at the 10 minute mark to avoid overcooking. Remember, your lobster meat is pre-cooked, so this is more about warming up than cooking!

Step 6:

Remove from oven and place lobster meat into a bowl to stop from cooking.

Step 7:

Drizzle butter. Serve & enjoy!
